Instruction to Authors

  • International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) for the Journal is ISSN 2582-0109
  • IJTRIM welcomes online submission of manuscript as an email attachment to the following email ids editor@ijtrim.com, submit@ijtrim.com, editor.ijtrim@gmail.com
  • Upon submission author will receive the acknowledgment with manuscript reference id within 24 hours. Status of the manuscript shall be intimate to the authors time to time.
  • Submission of manuscript according to the journals guideline will reduce the unnecessary time delay in processing and publication as well. Hence authors are kindly requested to strictly follow the journals guidelines while preparing the manuscript.
Cover Letter

It is highly essential that each manuscript should accompany with covering letter in a proper format which contains details such as manuscript title, list of author’s with affiliation and declaration stating that this manuscript fully or partly has not been submitted to any other journal earlier for the purpose of publication by any of the authors. Further it is not under consideration for publication in another journal at the time of submission.

Title Sheet

Title sheet should be the first page of the Manuscript which comprises of the following

  • Title of the Manuscript
  • Author’s Name (1,2,3..), Affiliation with complete institutional address with pin code.
  • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate the corresponding author name, Affiliation, Institution, Email id, Contact details
  • Type of the Manuscript: Research Article / Review / Case study / Short communication.
Title of the Manuscript

It should be brief and clearly signifies the nature of work.

REGULAR RESEARCH ARTICLE

Abstract

Abstract should be limited to 250 to 300 words. It may be categorized in to the following heads

  • Study Background
  • Aim and Objective
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion
Keywords

Minimum 4 and Maximum up to 6 keywords pertains to core research work shall be included in this section

Introduction

Introduction of the manuscript should clearly emphasize the following

  • Background of the study
  • Rationale for the study
  • Demography
  • Importance and Novelty of the present research work
  • Each component of the literature should be substantiated with relevant recent literature
  • Aim and objective of the study
Font Type

1.5 line spacing with “Times New Roman” font pattern.

Ethical Matters
  • Authors are well aware that prior approval is mandatory for utilization of animal and humans for the research purpose.
  • Research involving animal experimentation should mention the institutional animal ethics committee approval number in their manuscript
  • Authors submitting clinical case studies for publication should mention the study approval reference number from IRB / IEC / HEC or other relevant authorities.
Materials and Methods

This section should highlight the methodology adopted for the study in details with necessary reference. Authors are advised to project clear methodology which would benefit the researcher on similar field. Authors are allowed to divide this section under suitable headings as per the need of their manuscript.

  • Details regarding usage of chemicals, solvents, reagent and kits
  • Analytical procedures with proper reference
  • Collection and authentication ref no
  • Methodology on drug formulation
  • Estimation procedures with suitable references
  • Animal usage / species selection / Cell line type / Microbial stain etc
  • Ethical approval number
  • Detail regarding disease induction and treatment schedule
  • Statistical analysis
SI Units

Authors are requested to follow International System of Units where ever applicable in the manuscript

Result

Result analysis of the study may be represented with suitable tables, images and graphs

Table and Figures
  • Tables and figures must be properly aligned and should be placed appropriately.
  • No need of sending the tables and figures as a separate attachment instead it must be appropriately placed in the manuscript.
  • Table should be numbered uniformly. Each table should have brief title and with proper foot notes
  • Each figure should be numbered appropriately and illustrated with proper Legends /heading.
  • Please use images with high clarity and avoid usage of images with copyright protection.
Reference Style

References should be listed at the end the manuscript after the conflict of interest section.

  • Reference should be listed in number as it appears in the manuscript
  • Reference should be indicated in the following format
  • For single reference [1]
  • For more than one [2-3]

This part of the manuscript should be very brief on highlighting the current research finding with significance of future scope of the study

Acknowledgement
  • Authors shall acknowledge the individuals, academicians, scientist, institutions who made significant contribution to the work who cannot necessarily be included in the list of authors.
  • Authors are requested to disclose the details of funding agencies with proper reference (Project approval / Allotment) number who has provided the complete or partial financial support for the research work
Conflict of Interest

Authors are advised to declared the conflict of interest Yes / No

CASE REPORT

Case Report
  • Case reports should be structured in the following format
  • Abstract: Not more than 250 words with maximum of 6 key words
  • Total case report of the study should not be more than 2000 words
  • References for case reports should not be more than 20 numbers

SHORT COMMUNICATION

Short Communication

Should be structured with Abstract: Not more than 200 words with maximum of 5 key words and it should not be more than 4 pages including references.

REVIEW ARTICLE

Review

Reviews articles should be very brief with special attention on clarity of the subject under investigation with relevant recent literature reference; Content should retain high clarity for readers in very concise manner and not more than 5 pages including references.

OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE AUTHORS

Plagiarism

To maintain the standard IJTRIM is requesting the authors to go for content verification of the paper through any free plagiarism checker before submitting the manuscript for publication.

Reviewer Suggestion

Authors may suggest relevant subject matter expert as a reviewer by providing their names, e-mail id and contact info of at least three suitable reviewers.
